Recruited to facilitate the company’s expansion to international markets, I identified and engaged target entities/locations for marketing, sales, and camera installation consideration. Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s technology, priorities, and challenges, I guided product improvements to enhance user experience.

➢ Created comprehensive omnichannel visual content, including reels to highlight products and services in promotions and at events.

➢ Managed new and existing content for promotion and sales purposes.

➢ Represented the company at meetings and conferences, demonstrating the product to clients and end users.

➢ Coordinated international communication and event-related travel logistics, ensuring frictionless operations of the global team.

In this capacity, I installed and deployed new systems, including LiveU Matrix network, LTN Portal network, and WXVision bump camera network systems. Researched and implemented new solutions and deliver effective training to team members on optimal utilization of new technologies. Integrated new software solutions into Assignment Desk workflow, including Box, Slack, Quip, Dataminr, and Storyful. Acted as key liaison between Fox News Desk, Fox NewsEdge, Fox affiliates, and NNS. Administered schedules for National and O&O Desks and optimize scheduling procedures to efficiently reflect daily news-gathering requirements.

➢ Increased 10 readily available bump shot cameras to almost 3,000 cameras in the US and worldwide (more than 65,000 counting traffic cameras).
➢ Enhanced affiliate live contribution availability from a few dozen to 152 out of 177 Fox NewsEdge affiliates in the US and 1 Australian partner.
➢ Developed and implemented a new system using LiveU Matrix to share live politics pool feeds with network partners, now adopted for Network News Service (NNS) daily operations.
➢ Increased employee retention and built a culture of performance excellence by hiring, leading, and developing a top-performing team of 15-25 employees.
➢ Delivered 30% more information (video for Fox, affiliates, digital, radio, and social media) to a broader customer base with minimal increase in staffing.
➢ Secured media coverage in remote locations by deploying integrated systems.
